Nonresident Deer and Elk Tags Available on August 28
Idaho deer and elk tags not sold under the nonresident quota will become available for purchase as second tags on August 28.

The tags cost the nonresident price — $235 for deer, $338 for elk. The nonresident deer tag may also be used to tag a black bear or mountain lion. A hunter may purchase one deer tag and one elk tag.

These tags will be available at all Fish and Game offices and at license vendors statewide. Both resident and nonresidents may buy these tags.
