The Cloud's Willow Creek Ranch is located in California just south of the Oregon border in Modoc County.

While someone has offered $7,000 for the tag, Cloud is asking $8,000. Last year a hunter took a 6x6 bull out of a herd of nine bulls. Cloud mentioned that there were three bulls with racks larger than the 6x6.
