| Here is my 12-year-old son, Jeremy, with his first turkey taken on April 2nd in Lake County. It was a great thrill for both of us, as the bird came in to our left, went up behind us and started gobbling. I managed to call him down and past us, where Jeremy killed him at 31 steps with a 20-gauge shotgun using Remington 2 3/4" #4 Hevi-Shot. Submitted by Ron Larsen California |
